Animal models of chronic kidney disease ( CKD) show that metabolic acidosis and/or dietary acid induce intrakidney mechanisms that cause kidney injury and mediate progressive glomerular filtration rate ( GFR) decline. Recently studies demonstrated that dietary acid reduction with Na + -based alkali or alkali inducing food ameliorated kidney injury in patients with CKD and reduced GFR,with and without metabolic acidosis,which support that dietary acid reduction with Na*-based alkali or alkali inducing food is an effective kidney-protective adjunct to current strategies.%对动物模型的研究显示,代谢性酸中毒和(或)饮食中产酸食物可通过肾内机制介导肾脏损伤和肾小球滤过率进行性下降.新近研究证实,在慢性肾脏病患者出现代谢性酸中毒前已有酸潴留,此时,减少饮食中产酸食物,代之以Na+碱基或产碱食物,是一项新的肾脏保护措施.
