循环microRNA的研究进展

         

摘要

近年研究表明,微小核糖核酸(microRNA,简称miRNA)参与众多生理病理过程,而且在血清、血浆等体液中稳定存在,可以作为理想的生物标志物.同时,微囊泡(microvesicles,M Vs)可以携带miRNA到达并进入受体细胞从而介导细胞间的交流.因此,miRNA的研究将能揭示疾病发生和发展的新机制,而循环miRNA也有望成为疾病诊断、治疗及预后判断的生物标志物.本文就循环miRNA的研究进展做一综述.%Recent studies have demonstrated that microRNAs participate various critical physiological and pathological processes. Besides, miRNAs are found to be stable in body fluids,such as serum and plasma,and might be ideal novel biomarkers. Microvesicles can mediate cell to cell communication by delivering miRNAs to distant recipient cells. Thus,the studies of miRNAs will provide new insights into the pathogcnesis of diseases, whereas circulating miRNAs are hoped to find their use as novel biomarkers in the diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of diseases. The aim of this brief review is to summarize the recent literatures concerning circulating miRNAs.
