缺陷式情境教学法在中医护理学本科教学中的应用研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨缺陷式情境教学在本科生中医护理学教学中的应用效果。方法将158名学生以班级为单位随机分为3组,在中医护理学临床病证辨证施护章节教学中分别用讲授法、一般情境教学法、缺陷式情境教学法进行教学,比较3组的考核成绩和学生对教学方法的评价。结果采用缺陷式情境教学法学生的成绩、课堂气氛、学生满意度优于其他组(P<0.01)。结论缺陷式情境教学法更有利于促进学生积极思考,提高学生的知识迁移能力和综合运用能力。%Objective To evaluate the effects of the defect situational teaching method in the course of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) Nursing. Methods Totally 158 undergraduate nursing students were divided into three groups. The traditional teaching method,situational teaching method and defect situational teaching method was applied in the course of TCM nursing,respectively. The students' performance in the final test and evaluation on the teaching method were compared among the three groups. Results The students' performance in the final test,classroom atmosphere and students' satisfaction in the defect situational group were superior to the other two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion The defect situational teaching method is more advantageous to promote students to think actively ,improve students'ability of migration and integrated use of knowledge.
