护理硕士研究生科研能力的非智力影响因素分析

         

摘要

目的 探讨护理硕士研究生科研能力的非智力影响因素,为提高护理硕士研究生的科研能力提供依据.方法 采用护理人员科研能力自评量表、科研动机量表、大学生创新效能感量表和自行设计的一般资料问卷,对来自全国22所院校的354名护理硕士研究生进行调查.结果 护理硕士研究生科研能力总分为(73.95±16.25)分.分层回归分析表明,年级、内在科研动机、回避失败动机、外在科研动机、对灵活性的效能感和对流质性的效能感对护生的科研能力有显著影响(P<0.05),共解释护理硕士研究生科研能力43%的变异量.其中,回避失败动机和外在科研动机不仅直接预测科研能力,还以创新自我效能为中介变量间接影响科研能力,而内在科研动机则完全以创新自我效能为中介变量间接影响科研能力.结论 护理硕士研究生的科研能力有待进一步提升,护理教育者应结合其非智力影响因素合理地制订干预措施,促进护理硕士研究生科研能力的提高.%Objective To investigate the influence of nonintellectual factors on the research capacity of master nursing students. Methods A total of 354 master nursing students from 22 universities in China were investigated with Self-Rating Nursing Research Capacity Questionnaire, Research Motivation Scale,Creative Self-efficacy Scale for Chinese College Students and self-designed general information questionnaire. Results The total score of research capacity of master nursing students was 73.95±16.25. Hierarchical regression analysis showed that grade, intrinsic research motivation, failure avoidance, extrinsic research motivation, self-efficacy of flexibility and self-efficacy of fluidity had significant influence on the research capacity, which could explain 43% of the variance of research capacity. Creative self-efficacy completely mediated the relationship between intrinsic research motivation and research capacity,and partially mediated the relationship between failure avoidance, extrinsic research motivation and research capacity. Conclusion The research capacity of master nursing students needs to be improved. Nursing educators should take targeted measures according to the influencing factors to enhance the students' research capacity.
