目的:观察Disc-FX系统经皮椎间盘摘除、射频消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的近期疗效.方法:选择自2010年7月至2010年10月在我院应用Disc-FX系统经皮髓核摘除、射频消融术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛并且随访资料完整的患者36例,比较术前、术后即刻、l周、3月、6月JOA、VAS及Oswestry(2.0版本)评分.结果:36例患者术后JOA评分较术前明显升高,术后VAS和Oswestry评分较术前明显降低,有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论:Disc-FX系统经皮椎间盘切除、射频消融术是治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的有效方法.%Objective: To investigate short term effect of percutaneous discectomy combined with radiofrequency ablation by Disc-FX in contained lumbar disc herniation. Methods: Comparison of JOA, VAS and Oswestry( version 2. 0) score in contained lumbar disc herniation patients'preoperative and postoperative from 2010.07. to 2010.10. Results: Postoperative JOA score was significantly increased compared with preoperative (P ＜0.01 ); Postoperative VAS and Oswestry score decreased significantly compared with preoperative (P ＜ 0. 01 ).
