杭州市城乡中学生伤害发生现况及影响因素分析

摘要

Objectives The secondary student injury status and influencing factors in the urban and rual areas of Hangzhou was analyzed to provide foundation for the government and schools to formulate strategies of students' health quality management. Methods 6 647 secondary students in the Urban and Rural Areas of Hangzhou were selected by multistage stratified cluster sampling method to investigate. Different group comparison used x2 test and analyze the factors of injuries used Logistic regression. Results The occurrence of different types of students injured were significant differences, the incidence of injuries at middle school students in Hangzhou was 26.26％, the main types of injuries were sprains or falling injury, self-injury, and the main site for the school. Different types of influencing factors for students injury is different, malicious fun, hands-on fighting, loss of sleep for fearing of something such as health risk behaviors leading to injuries of the main factors. Conclusions The government and the school should pay more attention to health education and environmental governance, and promote student health action concept of quality education. Injury prevention is a part of Student Health Management. According to the main factors to take targeted preventive measures to effectively control and reduce the incidence of injuries secondary school students to improve health.%目的 了解杭州市城乡中学生伤害发生的现况及影响因素,为政府及学校制定干预措施,加强学生健康管理提供依据.方法 运用多阶段分层整群抽样调查方法,选取杭州市城乡初、高中学生6 637名为研究对象,用χ2检验进行组间差异比较,Logistic回归模型分析伤害发生的主要影响因素.结果 初、高中与不同性别间学生伤害发生差异具有统计学意义,中学生伤害发生率为26.26%,伤害发生的主要类型为扭伤、跌坠伤和自伤,主要发生场所为学校.不同类别中学生伤害的发生影响因素有所不同,被恶意取笑、动手打架、因担心某事而失眠等健康危险行为是导致伤害发生的主要影响因素.结论 政府及学校应以推进学生健康素质教育为行动理念,加强学校健康环境治理,把伤害防制纳入到学生健康管理工作,根据主要影响因素采取有针对性的预防措施,有效控制和减少中学生伤害的发生,以提高学生健康素质.
