Nine novel 2-hydroxyethylbenzo [ d ] isothiazol-3(2H)-one aliphatic acid esters (4a ~4i) were synthesized from benzo[d]isothiazole-3(2H)-one by substitution and esterification. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The in vitro growth preliminary fungicidal activities tests showed that 4 exhibited different degrees of anti-bacterial activities against six tested bac-terials, especially against Gram-positive bacterials with inhibiting rate over 90% at 32 μg · mL-1 .%以苯并[d]异噻唑-3(2H)-酮为原料,通过取代与酯化反应合成了9个未见文献报道的了2-{3-氧代苯并[d]异噻唑-2(3H)-基}乙醇脂肪酸酯(4a ~4i),其结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征.初步体外抑菌活性测试结果表明,4对六种实验菌均表现出不同程度的抑菌活性,尤其对革兰氏阳性菌,用药量32 μg·mL-1时抑菌率在90%以上.
