水杨醛缩牛磺酸Schiff碱和还原Schiff碱的合成、晶体结构及其荧光性质

         

摘要

Taurine condensation salicylaldehyde Schiff base(1 ) was synthesized by the condensation recaction of salicylaldehyde and taurine in the methanol solution. Reduced Schiff base (2) was obtained by the reduction of 1 by sodium borohydride. The structures were characterized by 1H NMR,IR and elemental analysis. The single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis indicated that 2 belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 10.787 4(12) (A), b = 8. 989 7(10) (A), c = 11. 098 3 ( 13 )(A), β=103. 180(2)°, V= 1 047.9(2) l3, Z =4, Dc = 1.466 g · cm-3,μ =0. 303 mm-1,F(000) = 488, R1 = 0.032 0, wR2 = 0.080 9. The fluorescence properties of 1 and 2 were investigated by fluorescence. The results indicated the λmax(FL) lies in 500 nm and 430 nm for 1 and 2, respectively. Also, the full emission of 1 lies 480 nm ~ 560 nm. 1 is a green luminous monomer.%在甲醇溶液中,水杨醛和牛磺酸经缩合反应合成了水杨醛缩牛磺酸Schiff碱(1);1用硼氢化钠还原制得对应的其还原Schiff碱(2).1和2的结构经1H NMR,IR和元素分析表征.X-射线单晶衍射分析表明,2属单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,晶胞参数a=10.787 4(12)A,b=8.989 7(10)A,c=11.098 3(13)A,β=103.180(2)°,V=1 047.9(2)A,Z=4,Dc=1.466 g·cm3,μ=0.303 mm-1,F(000)=488,R1=0.032 0,ωR2=0.080 9.用荧光光谱初步探讨了1和2的荧光性质,结果表明其荧光的λmax分别位于500nm和430nm.1的整个发射峰在480 nm~560 nm,是一种绿光的单体.
