超声波提取金柑黄酮类化合物的工艺研究

         

摘要

采用超声波提取,通过L16(45)正交试验设计,探讨提取条件对金柑黄酮得率的影响.结果表明,金柑黄酮类化合物提取的最佳的工艺条件为超声波功率为450 W,乙醇提取分数为60%,料液比为1:50,超声波作用时间为25 min,温度为30℃,黄酮类化合物的得率为1.51%.%Ultrasonic treatment was applied to the ethanol extraction of flavonoids from kumquat.The effects of five crucial variables such as ultrasonic power,ethanol concentration,material/liquid ratio,tempreture and ultrasonic treatment time on the yield of flavonoids were investigated by single-factor method.An orthogonal army design leading to a set of 16 combination of these variables was performed to obtain the highest yield of flavonoids.Under the optimized conditions as follows: ultrasonic power 500 W, tempreture 30 ℃, 60% ethanol as the extraction solvent, material/liquid ratiol: 50, and extraction time 25 min, a yield of flavonoids of 1.51% was achieved.
