目的 探讨在超声造影(CEUS)中乳腺癌病灶增强区域扩大程度与免疫指标相关性的价值.方法 对50例乳腺癌病灶CEUS检查结果进行回顾性分析.根据术后病理分为浸润性(39例)和非浸润性(11例)乳腺癌组,并分析免疫组化指标雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、人类表皮生长因子受体2 (HER-2)、Ki67与CEUS中病灶增强区域扩大程度(横径、纵径)的相关性.结果 CEUS中浸润性组病灶增强区域扩大程度与HER-2和Ki67的表达相关(P＜0.05),与ER和PR的表达无相关(P＞0.05);非浸润性组病灶增强区域扩大程度仅与HER-2的表达相关(P＜0.05).结论 CEUS中乳腺癌病灶增强区域扩大程度与免疫组化指标存在相关性,可为乳腺癌的临床诊治提供依据.%Objective To explore the value of correlation between increase degree of enhanced area of the lesion evaluated by CEUS and immunological indexes in breast cancer.Methods The treated with CEUS results of 50 cases of breast cancer lesions were analyzed retrospectively.All lesions were divided into invasive(39 lesions) and non-invasive(11 lesions) breast cancer groups according postoperative pathological findings and analyzed the correlation between immunological indexes included ER,PR,HER-2 and Ki67 with enhanced area of the lesion(transverse and longitudinal diameter) in CEUS.Results Increase degree of enhanced area of the lesion was positively correlated with expression of HER-2 and Ki67 (P＜0.05)in invasive group,but not correlated with expression of ER,PR (P＞0.05);Increase degree of enhanced area of the lesion was only positively correlated with expression of HER-2 (P＜0.05) in non-invasive group.Conclusions Increase degree of enhanced area of the lesion in CEUS was related to expression of immunological indexes,and it can provides a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
