Objective To investigate the feasibility of high frequency ultrasound guided biopsy for the diagnosis of peritoneum disease.Methods 19 cases with thickened peritoneum and 11 cases with peritoneum nodule were included in this study.The size of the nodule and the thickness of peritoneum were measured by routine ultrasound.Under the guidance of high frequency ultrasound , an 18G tissue cutting needle was used to puncture the focus, and then the samples were send for pathology examine.Results The pathology showed ; 18 cases were diagnosed as tumor including primary tumor(2 cases) and metastatic tumour(16 cases) ; 9 cases were diagnosed as inflammatory lesions including peritonitis(5 cases),lymphocyte proliferative response(1 case) and inflammatory cell infiltrate(3 cases)s 3 cases nonspecificity.The positive rate were 90％.Conclusions High frequency ultrasound guided biopsy can improve the diagnostic accuracy and will be an effective measure for peritoneum disease.%目的 探讨高频超声引导下的腹膜病变穿刺活检的可行性.方法 30例患者19例为腹膜增厚患者,11例为腹膜实性结节患者.常规腹膜超声检查,测量各部位腹膜的厚度,结节的大小.高频超声引导下,用18G组织切割针对病变部位进行穿刺活检,送病理检查.结果 30例活检结果:18例为肿瘤,其中2例为原发肿瘤,16例为转移肿瘤.9例为炎性病灶,包括5例结核性腹膜炎,1例反应性淋巴增生,3例慢性炎细胞浸润.3例未见病变组织.病例阳性率为(27/30)90%.结论 高频超声引导下腹膜病变穿刺活检能提高诊断准确率,为腹膜病变的诊断提供了一种有效手段.
