目的 分析经皮下注射超声造影剂乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结超声造影检测乳腺癌前哨淋巴结及对其细针穿刺抽吸的意义,探讨乳腺癌前哨淋巴结细针穿刺抽吸的临床价值.方法 造影后观察前哨淋巴结,并记录个数,进行细针穿刺抽吸检测淋巴结是否转移,并与术后病理对照.结果 42例乳腺癌患者前哨淋巴结检出率为78.6%.通过对前哨淋巴结行细针穿刺抽吸细胞学病理检查结果和手术病理结果比较分析,准确度为88.1%,灵敏度84.8%,特异度100%,假阴性率15.2%.结论 乳腺癌前哨淋巴结细针抽吸可以较好地评价腋窝淋巴结.%Objective To analyze the subcutaneous injection of ultrasound contrast agent in patients with sentinel lymph node in breast cancer fine needle aspiration findings and significance and to discuss the the clinical value of sentinel lymph node with fine-needle aspiration. Methods Imaging of sentinel lymph nodes was observed and the number was recorded. Fine-needle aspiration was detect lymph node metastasis which was compared with postoperative pathology. Results Sentinel lymph node detection rate within 42 breast cancer cases was 78. 6％. Comparison of sentinel lymph node fine-needle aspiration cytology pathologic findings and pathological results showed accuracy was 88. 1 ％ , sensitivity 84.8％, specificity 100％, false negative rate 15.2％ .Conclusions Breast cancer sentinel lymph node fine-needle aspiration is a good method for evaluate prediction for axillary lymph nodes.
