基于回归分析的尿流率计校准装置排水量模型研究

         

摘要

Objective To determine the relationship between the theory and actual displacement of the urine flow rate meter calibration device gear pump, and to construct a model between actual and theory displacement, in order to obtain actual displacement via theory displacement. Methods The weight of the standard water flow in each flow rate was measured by B2000S digital scales,and the scatter plot between the theory displacement and actual displacement was drawn to find the best fitted curve;then the MATLAB Curve Fitting Tool was used to obtain the best quasi relational equation. Results The error between the fitted displacement and the actual displacement of the gear bump was 1.494% in maximum and-0.010% in minimum, far less than 5% of the requirements for urinary flow meter measurement. Conclusion Based on regression analysis, the relationship between the theoretical displacement and actual displacement of the flow rate meter calibration device is established,the fitting error is small,and the method is simple and easy to achieve.%目的:寻找尿流率计校准装置齿轮泵理论排水量与实际排水量之间的相关关系,构建实际排水量与理论排水量之间的模型,以通过齿轮泵理论排水量得出实际排水量.方法:利用B2000S电子天平称量尿流率计校准装置各流率下标准水流的质量,画出理论排水量与实际排水量之间的散点图,寻找最佳拟合曲线,利用MATLAB的Curve Fitting Tool进行拟合,得到理论值与实际值之间的拟合关系式.结果:通过拟合关系式得出的拟合结果与实际排水量的误差最大为1.494%,最小为-0.010%,未超过尿流率计测量不超过5%的要求.结论:利用回归分析的方法构建尿流率计校准装置理论排水量与实际排水量之间的关系,拟合误差小,方法简单,易于实现.
