叙事医学作为一种新的医学实践形式,自提出以来受到广泛关注.从“叙事能力”来看,叙事医学具有很浓厚的东方气质.在我国数千年的文学艺术传统中,疾病与医学叙事一直是一个重要的主题.而以儒医为代表的东方医师群体应当是叙事能力较强的一个群体.以叙事所代表的医学气质和素养,有可能贯通东西方医学传统和医疗文化,成为构建西医技术和东方文化底蕴相结合的当代中国医学精神的形式起点.%As a new form of medical practice,narrative medicine has been paid much attention since it was put forward.In the view of "narrative ability",narrative medicine has a strong oriental temperament.In the literature and art tradition of our country,which has existed thousands of years ago,disease and narrative of medicine has always been an important topic.Oriental physician group,represented by Confucian doctor,has the strongest narrative ability.Medical temperament and quality,represented by narrative,can connect the western and eastern medical traditions and medical culture and become the starting point of modern Chinese medical spirit,which combines western medical technology and oriental culture.
