“三好一满意”视野下医学生医德教育体系构建的思考

         

摘要

2011年卫生部倡导的“三好一满意”活动顺应了当前民主民生的迫切需要,对构建“业精德馨”的医疗队伍、促使医务人员高尚医德的养成具有重要的意义.但须看到医学生医德教育中存在的问题:缺乏针对性及与专业教育脱节的医德教育内容,重认知轻实践的医德教育导致学生知行割裂.遵循医德形成规律,完备医德内容体系;贯彻知行统一原则,加强医德实践教学体系建设;构建一套与医疗机构医德教育一脉相承的、从基础课到专业课、从见习到实习、从理论到实践的医学生全方位医德教育体系是当务之急.%The activity of " three good and one satisfaction" advocated by the Ministry of Health in 2011 meets the urgent needs of democracy and peoples livelihood, and also played an important role in building an excellent medical team, both professional and ethical. But there is no denying that medical ethics education is a long and complex systematic engineering and progress, so it is an urgent task at present to establish a full - scale medical student ethics education system in line with ethical education in medical institutions, ranging from theory to practice, from basic to specialized core courses, from noviceship to clinical practice based on the formation rules of medical ethics.
