目的观察动气针法结合康复训练治疗骨折术后膝关节功能障碍的疗效.方法将94例胫骨平台骨折术后的患者根据随机原则分为观察组和对照组,各47例.观察组运用动气针法结合康复训练,对照组施行单纯康复训练治疗,2周为1个疗程,治疗4周后对比2组患者的治疗效果.结果对于肿胀情况,观察组治疗2周后开始有效(P ＜ 0.05),而对照组治疗4周后开始有效(P ＜ 0.05);对于ROM 评分以及AKS 膝关节功能评分的比较,2 组治疗前后均有明显改善(P ＜ 0.05);与对照组比较,观察组疗效显著(P ＜ 0.05).结论动气针法结合康复训练对于减轻骨折术后膝关节肿胀,增加关节活动度,提高AKS膝关节功能评分方面明显优于单纯康复训练.%Objective To observe the curative effect of moving qi acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of knee joint dysfunction after fracture operation. Methods 94 patients after tibial plateau fracture were randomly divided into observation group (n=47) and control group (n=47). The observation group applied moving qi acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training, and the control group received simple rehabilitation training. 2 weeks as a course of treatment. 4 weeks after treatment, the therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared. Results For swelling, the observation group was effective after 2 weeks of treatment (P＜0.05), while the control group was effective after 4 weeks (P ＜0.05). The scores of ROM score and AKS knee joint function were significantly improved in both groups before and after treatment (P＜0.05), and the curative effect in the observation group was significant better than that of the control group (P ＜0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training is superior to rehabilitation training in reducing knee joint swelling, increasing joint motion and improving AKS knee joint function score after fracture.
