自噬是真核细胞内消除异常蛋白质、维持自身稳态的主要代谢机制,其功能障碍与帕金森等神经退行性疾病密切相关.最近研究表明,转录因子EB(transcription factors EB,TFEB)能调控细胞自噬和溶酶体相关的基因表达,在帕金森病的发生过程中起了关键作用.因此,将从TFEB对自噬的调节在帕金森病中作用做一综述.%Autophagy is a powerful process for removing such proteins and for maintaining homeostasis.However,autophagy dysfunction has also been implicated in the pathogenesis of vari-ous neurodegenerative diseases,including Parkinson 's disease (PD).Recent studies have shown that TFEB could regulate au-tophagy and lysosome function through regulating the expressionof the relatedgenes.Thus,TFEB plays a key role in the occur-rence of Parkinson's disease.Therefore,this article will make a review of the regulatory mechanism of TFEB and its role in Par-kinson's disease.
