大学生领导力发展理论模型之构建--基于领导力发展的社会变革理论

     

摘要

大学生领导力是在领导者和跟随者互动及合作的过程中形成的一种关系,培养大学生领导力是社会发展与变革、高等教育人才培养与大学生个人价值实现之诉求。然而,目前大学生领导力教育存在模式单一、对象有限、内容与过程缺失等问题,根本原因在于缺少合适的理论模型来指导教育实践。社会变革理论模型是美国开展大学生领导力教育实践的主要参考模型,从中提取的教育目的、教育内容、教育过程与教育主体对构建我国大学生领导力发展的理论模型具有一定启示,以此构建的 TS - O - C - P 模型作为一个理论框架涉及领导力的教育者与学习者(主体维)、教育目的(目标维)、教育内容(客体维)与教育过程(工具维)四维度,希望能为大学生领导力教育提供一定的理论依据。%College students’leadership is considered as a relationship formed in the process of interaction and cooperation. It is necessary for the society,higher education and college students themselves to cultivate college students’leadership. However,there are some problems in terms of the education of college students’leadership, such as the singleness of modes,the limited number of students,the deficiency of educational content and process, and other problems. Essentially,the reason lies in the absence of proper theoretical model which are helpful to edu-cational practice. SCM(Social Change Model)is usually applied in educational practice of college students’lead-ership in the USA. Educational objects,content and process involved in this model have implications for the con-struction of the theoretical model of college students’leadership development in China. Accordingly,this paper de-signs the TS - O - C - P model involving the leadership educators and learners,educational objects,content and process in hopes to improve educational practice of college students’leadership.
