目的 测定2型糖尿病患者血浆胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平,探讨2型糖尿病患者血浆IGF-1水平的变化.方法 分别测定31例2型糖尿病A组(病程小于或等于1年)和55例B组(病程大于1年)及健康对照组(C组)45例的血浆IGF-1水平,并作3组间的统计学比较.结果 A组和B组的血浆IGF-1水平均明显低于C组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而B组血浆IGF-1水平又明显低于A组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者血浆IGF-1水平下降,而随着病程的延长血浆IGF-1水平降低得更明显.%Objective To test plasma insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1) leve and to discuss the change of plasma IGF 1 level in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Plasma IGF 1 level were determined in type 2 diabetes mellitus group A(n=31,quartile of 1 year),group B (n=55,course＞ 1 year),and normal control group(n =45).The statistical comparison was done among the three groups.Results The plasma IGF 1 level in type 2 diabetes group A and group B were significantly lower than that in normal control group(P＜0.05),and the plasma IGF 1 level in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P＜0.05).Conclusion Plasma IGF 1 level decreases in patients with type 2 diabetes,and it reduces increasingly along with the extension of course.
