高职院校“双师型”教师绩效评价指标体系研究

         

摘要

The situation of the "Double-competency" teachers' performance appraisal was analyzed through diagnoses.The designed principle of indexes system of performance appraisal was discussed based on the "Double-competency" teachers' competency in HTVC.At last,the indexes system of performance appraisal about the "Double-Competency" teacher in HTVC was given,and its applied foreground was discussed.%通过调查研究,分析目前对高职院校"双师型"教师绩效评价的现状,再结合高职院校"双师型"教师的胜任力特征,分析高职院校"双师型"教师绩效评价指标体系的构建原则,最后给出高职院校"双师型"教师绩效评价的指标体系,并探讨其应用前景。
