Aiming at the problems existing in the management of the applied undergraduate secondary college office, the idea of the information management and service for the secondary college office is put forward. The management and service information system of secondary college office is designed, which includes information release and feedback system, document submission and checking system, training project management and of textbook ordering system, meeting room management system, teachers learning and job training management system, and scientific research, teaching research management and statistical system etc. The system has played a good role in promoting the office informationization to improve the office’s management level and service quality, improve the college's propaganda effect.%针对应用型本科二级学院院办管理存在的问题，提出二级学院院办管理和服务的信息化思路。设计了院办管理和服务的信息系统，主要包括信息发布与反馈系统、文档提交与检查系统、培养方案管理与教材征订系统、会议室管理系统、教师进修与岗位锻炼管理系统、科研与教研管理与统计系统等。该系统对于推进院办信息化，进而提升院办管理水平和服务质量，提高学院的宣传效果起着良好作用。
