远程地下水COD在线检测仪设计

         

摘要

At present,artificial sampling and analysis with instruments in laboratory are the main detection method in the field of groundwater quality detection in China.There are many problems that can not meet the development of water quality monitoring,such as,large sampling error,long detection period,complicating operation,cannot reflect the change of water pollution,etc.Therefore,A kind of remote water quality COD (chemical oxygen demand) detector is designed based on UV Spectrophotometry and the instrument has the function of automatic pumping and cleaning,it consists of four parts:remote terminal,remote data receiving and transmitting module,water quality COD detection module and water sample extraction and cleaning module.First,the remote terminal sends the signal.Then,the signal received by the remote data transmission module.Then,COD detection module and water extraction and cleaning module action.Finally,the detection of data processed by remote data receiving module sent to remote terminal.The experimental results show that the instrument can complete the testing work in 20 min.It can effectively detect the COD concentration of groundwater quality and the resolution can reach 1 mg · L-1.it has good sensitivity,accuracy and repeatability,and can be used for on-line monitoring of the vast majority of turbidity water.%目前,我国在地下水水质检测领域,以人工现场采样、实验室仪器分析为主要方式,存在采样误差大、检测周期长、操作繁杂、不能及时反映水体受污染变化状况等缺陷,难以满足水质环境监测发展的需求;鉴于此,设计了一种基于紫外-分光光度法自动抽取水样及清洗的远程在线地下水水质COD(化学需氧量)检测仪;该仪器主要由远程终端、远程数据接收发送模块、水质COD检测模块和水样抽取清洗模块四部分组成;远程终端发送信号,由远程数据接收发送模块接收后,控制水质COD检测模块和水样抽取清洗模块动作,检测后的数据经处理后再由远程数据接收发送模块发回至远程终端;实验结果表明,该仪器可实现远程控制且检测时长可在20min内完成,能有效的检测地下水水质COD浓度,分辨率达到1 mg·L-1,具有良好的灵敏度,准确性和重复性,适用于绝大多数浊度较低的地下水在线监测.
