基于PLC的气动热环境模拟系统设计

         

摘要

为了解决气动加热模拟实验时的多温区闭环控制与多通道数据采集问题,文中设计了一种基于 PLC的气动热环境模拟系统,并介绍了系统的整体结构以及硬件、软件设计方法;该测控系统基于 TCP/IP协议与 OPC技术进行通信;使用 Labwindows完成上位机应用软件开发,使用贝加莱 X20系列 PLC作为下位机作为测量与控制仪器,使用解耦控制解决温区耦合问题;这些方法提高了系统的实验能力,缩短了实验准备周期,改善了实验的控制效果;分析四温区温度实验结果,各温区静态误差小于1%±4℃,动态误差小于3%±4℃。%In order to solve the problems of multi-regional closed-loop control and multi-channel data acquisition in aerodynamic heating simulation test,this paper designed an aerodynamic heating environment simulation system based on PLC,the overall structure of the system,as well as hardware and software design methods are introduced.The communicate methods of the measurement and control system are based on the TCP/IP protocol and OPC technology.The PC application software is development in Labwindows,using B&R X20series PLC as the measurement and control instrument,the coupling control is used to process the couple problem of the multi-regional.These methods can improve the experiment ability of the system,reduced the period of test preparation,and improved the control effect.Analyse the result of four temperature test,the static error of each zone is less than 1%±4℃,the dynamic error of each zone is less than 3%±4℃.
