基于无线传感网络瓦斯传感器调校技术研究

         

摘要

设计基于无线传感网络技术的瓦斯传感器调校系统,采用JENIC5139模块架构无线瓦斯传感器节点,实现瓦斯检测数据的及时发送、瓦斯传感器的在线调校及参数动态设定;基于无线传感网络的瓦斯传感器节点克服目前瓦斯传感器稳定性差、调校费时费力的缺点,将传统7天升并调效一次传感器的周期延长到2个月,显著提高煤矿企业生产效率;井上控制中心通过无线网络不但可以随时了解瓦斯传感器的工作状态.还可实现瓦斯传感器的动态调零和非线性动态修正,显著改善煤矿企业安全生产水平.%The method of calitrate of methane sensor based on wireless sensor network is discussed, introduce the framework of gas monitoring system based on WSN and accomplish the design of software used in that system. we design a new wireless sensor gas monitoring system based on JENIC5139 models. Infrared gas sensors are used to detect the density of gas and WSN is used to send the data in time, calibrate gas sen sors on line,and set parameters dynamically. Additionally by using the supervisor computer, the operating state of gas sensors can be acquired whenever necessary and the dynamic zero modulation and nonlinear adjustment can be realized. Thus the WSN can help to remedy the defects of traditional gas detector and improve the reliability and accuracy of it. Therefore the level of safety in production in coal mine enterprises can be greatly improved.
