阐述济南市市政公用设施管理现状和存在的问题,围绕市政公用行业“安全、服务、管理”三个主题,提出“数字市政”的建设目标,论述济南数字市政层级体系框架的设计思想和设计内容.%This paper elaborates the facility management present condition and existent question of Jinan city municipal services, and surrounding " safety, service, supervision" three subjects of municipal services, proposes the construction object of " Digital Municipality" and discusses " Digital Municipality" design concept and design content based on hierarchical architecture.
