镉胁迫对国槐的土壤酶活性影响的研究

         

摘要

The experiments were adopted potted plant and took Sophora japonica to study soil enzymes of cadmium stress in Sophora japonica of peroxidase, catalase, invertase. The results showed that:1、The tendency of soil enzymes activities of catalase, of different period in low concentration of cadmium stress firstly increased, and decreased, finally increased. 2、Activities of peroxidase of different period of low concentration of cadmium stress firstly decreased, and increased, finally decreased. 3、activities of invertase firstly increased, decreased, and increased, decreased, finally increased, decreased.%本试验采用盆栽的方式,以国槐为试材,研究了镉胁迫对国槐土壤的过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、转化酶活性的影响.得出以下结论:1.低浓度的镉溶液胁迫下,不同生长时期的国槐土壤的过氧化氢酶活性均呈先升高,后降低,然后再升高的变化趋势.2.低浓度的镉溶液胁迫下,不同生长时期的国槐土壤的过氧化物酶活性均呈先降低,后升高,然后再降低的变化趋势.3.各浓度的镉胁迫下,不同生长时期的国槐土壤的转化酶活性呈现升高、降低、反复循环的趋势.
