分析了我国建筑施工企业安全管理工作的现状和存在的主要问题，针对存在的问题进行了原因分析，结合企业的管理模式及管理做法进行了论述，并提出了建设性意见，供施工企业有关部门和领导研究、思考、完善。%This paper analyzed the present situation and main problems of our country construction enterprise safety management,analyzed the reasons accordance with the existing problems,discussed it combined enterprise management mode and management practices,and provided constructive suggestion,which could supply the study,thinking,perfecting for construction enterprise leaders and related departments.
