This paper analyzed the five applications of coordinated management among documentation and process,drawings and changes,scheduled plan,QS and collaboration application of business management, which took construction project as the core and relied on BIM,cloud computing technology also the advanced Internet technology,furthermore made the Glodon cloud and BIM5D as the carrier. This realized the transition of the PM from traditional point to point communication to col-laboration mechanism based on BIM cloud platform,meanwhile improved the efficiency.%以建设工程项目为核心，依托BIM模型、云计算技术及先进的互联网技术，并以广联云、BIM5D为载体，实施文档及流程协同管理、图纸及其变更协同管理、进度计划协同管理、质量安全协同管理、商务管理协同应用等五大应用；实现工程项目管理由传统的点对点的沟通方式到基于BIM云平台的多方协作，提高项目管理效率。
