Firstly,Clear the basic content of green low carbon building and divided into different phases of the whole life cycle of green building,in order to further study and implement. Secondly,we should establish green low carbon building evaluation index system,point out the applicable scope of the evaluation index system,efficiency analysis of low-carbon green buildings,clear evaluation index of green low carbon building. Finally,indicate the difficulties when we develop the green low carbon building,and put forward the corresponding strategy.
