结合建筑工程质量监督工作特点，分析了提升质量监督人员监督实务能力的必要性及几种评价方法的优缺点，并重点介绍了利用互联网技术、仿真技术、BIM工程应用技术而进行的监督能力培训、评价的创新方法，可供培训提升或评价建筑工程质量监督人员监督实务能力时参考。%In this paper,the characteristics of the construction quality supervision was introduced, the necessity and advantages and disadvantages of several evaluation methods for improving the practical ability of quality supervisors were analyzed,and the innovative method of the training and evaluation of the supervision ability using the Internet technology,simulation technology,BIM engineering application technology,in order to provide reference for training to improve or evaluate the practical ability of construction quality supervisors.
