铌酸钾织构陶瓷用模板粉体的制备

         

摘要

以Nb2O5和KOH为原料,采用水热法成功制备了铌酸钾(KNbO3)织构陶瓷用的片状模板粉体K8Nb6O(19)·10H2O.通过X射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)分析了粉体的晶相和表观形貌,考察了水热反应条件和表面活性剂对粉体制备的影响.实验结果表明:在140℃、反应2 h,KOH的浓度为9 mol/L时,能够生成1m厚的片状模板粉体K8Nb6O(19)·10H2O.表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)的加入在一定程度上改善了片状K8Nb6O(19)·10H2)粉体的表观形貌,可使片状粉体的径厚比增大到6/1.%Niobium pentaoxide (Nb2O5) and potassium hydroxide (KOH) particles were selected as raw materials, plate-like KNbO3 template precursors for producing plate-like potassium niobate textured ceramics were synthesized by hydrothermal method. By XRD and SEM, crystalline phase and morphology of the particles were analyzed. Effects of hydrothermal reaction conditions and surfactant on preparation of powders were also studied. The results show that suitable plate-like K8Nb6O19·10H2O precursor can be obtained at 140 ℃ for 2 h with 9 mol/L KOH. To add sodium dodecyl-benzenesulfonate (SDBS) can affect morphology of K8Nb6O19·10H2O. The length/thickness ratio of the plate-like powder can increase to 6 after adding sodium dodecyl-benzenesulfonate(SDBS).
