Training is one of the important means to improve the peasant quality. Ge ping village, Song Yuan city is the typical one that can represent the development of agriculture of Jilin province. According to the research for Ge Ping village, this paper analyzes the present problems and the cause of problems of the framer training of Jilin province, on the view of effective supply and demand, then provides corresponding countermeasures. Among them, put forward the plan ＂promote farmer training by item＂ innovatively.%农民培训是提高农民素质的重要手段之一。吉林省是农业大省，其中松原市葛平村在吉林省农业发展中具有典型性。本文通过对该村的实地调研，从有效供给和需求的角度分析了农民培训存在的问题，并剖析了问题的成因，提出了有针对性的解决对策，其中，创新地提出了“以项带培”的农民培训模式。
