In classroom teaching , respecting students is not only the basic moral code for teachers to obey , but also the critical factor w hich determines w hether the classroom teaching is successful or not . Respecting Students in classroom teaching means no corporal punishment of students by teachers , maintaining students’ dignity , and accepting different opinions from them . In order to manifest the idea of respecting students in classroom teaching , teachers should listen to their students , learn to praise and tolerate students , and as befriend them as well .
