Objective To investigating the safety of invasive intracr- anial pressure monitoring in patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI).Methods Totally 60 cases of TBI were received continuous intra- cranial pressure monitoring, and the incidence rate of complication were recorded.Results 5 patients lost puncture(8.3%),3 patients had hematoma(5%),1 patients had intracranial infection(1.7%),5 patients with drainage tube blockage(8.3%). Drain aging time was 3-10d,average (7±2)d.Conclusion The invasive intracranial pressure monitoring was safe. The incidence rate of complication was low, suiting for widespread using in TBI.%目的 探讨有创性颅内压监测的安全性.方法 回顾性分析60例重型颅脑损伤,行有创颅内压监测患者并发症的发生率,评价有创性颅内压监测的安全性.结果 穿刺失败5例(8.3%),穿刺路径出血3例(5.0%),感染1例(1.7%),引流管堵塞的5例(8.3%).引流时间3~10d,平均(7±2)d.无死亡的病例.结论 有创性颅内压监测是安全的,并发症发生率低,适合在各级医院广泛推广.
