目的：观察复方苦参联合多西他赛加卡铂治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床效果。方法选取广州医学院荔湾医院收治的86例确诊为I IB～IV期的老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者，将其随机分成观察组和对照组（n=43)。给予两组相同的化疗方案：第1 d，静脉滴注多西他赛70 mg/m 2、卡铂AUC＝5 mg/（ml·min），21 d为1个周期，除此之外给予观察组联合复方苦参注射液20 ml，静脉地主，1次/d，治疗2周期后分析两组患者瘤控制情况、化疗不良反应。结果观察组和对照组的有效率分别为55.81%（24/43)、53.49%（23/43)，差异无统计学意义，但观察组的肿瘤控制效果略好；观察组化疗不良反应发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论复方苦参联合多西他赛加卡铂化疗治疗老年晚期非小细胞肺癌，效果好，安全可靠，适合在临床推广应用。%Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of compound matrine combined with docetaxel and carboplatin in the treatment of elderly patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer. Method 86 elderly cases with non small cell lung cancer diagnosed in our hospital from IIIB to IV were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each. Two groups were given the same chemotherapy, observation group was given compound matrin injection, tumor control situation, the side effects of chemotherapy after 2 cycles of treatment in two groups were compared. Results There was no significant difference in effective rate between the two groups, but tumor control effect in the observation group was better;the adverse reaction of chemotherapy in observation group was significantly less than that of the control group, there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion Compound matrine combined with docetaxel and carboplatin chemotherapy in elderly patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer is effective and safe, can significantly improve the quality of life of patients and chemotherapy tolerance.
