无添加剂管、普通促凝管、分离胶促凝管在临床生化检验中对比分析

         

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of three vacuum pick blood such as without additive pipe, ordinary coagulant, the separation gel coagulation tube on the result of a number of clinical chemistry testing, and analyze the role in the clinical laboratory. Methods 20 patients were selected randomly, were given blood test, three vacuum the serum of blood vessels to conventional clinical biochemical project inspection, and analyzed serum biochemical indexes. Results Without additive pipe blood coagulation time required for 30-45 min, coagulation promoting tubes for 5-10 min, the separation gel tubes for 30-45 min. The separation gel tubes of HBDH (118.4±7.5) U/L, CK-MB (36.3±3.7) U/L, LDH (191.2±19.9) U/L, with no differences between the additive and general anticoagulation tube signiifcantly (P<0.05), no signiifcant differences in most of the other projects. Conclusion The clinical and biochemical chamber can differ according to their own conditions and the detection of biochemical indicators, chosing appropriate in clinical blood vessels.%目的观察无添加剂管、普通促凝管、分离胶促凝管对多项临床化学检验结果的影响,分析它们在临床检验中所能发挥的作用。方法随机选取20例受检人员抽血检验,将无添加剂管、普通促凝管和分离胶促凝管3种真空采血管的血清进行常规的临床生化项目检验,并分析血清的生化指标。结果无添加剂管的血液凝固需时间30~45 min,促凝管需5~10 min,分离胶促凝管需30~45 min。分离胶促凝管的HBDH为(118.4±7.5)U/L, CK-MB为(36.3±3.7)U/L,LDH为(191.2±19.9)U/L,与无添加剂管及普通抗凝管的差异明显(P<0.05),其他多数的项目差异无统计学意义。结论各临床生化室可根据自身条件及所检测生化指标不同,选择合适于临床的采血管。
