目的比较腹腔镜与开腹子宫肌壁间肌瘤剔除手术的临床疗效。方法选择2010年1月-2012年1月期间进行治疗的子宫肌壁间肌瘤患者144例，将患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各72例。观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术方法进行手术，对照组患者采取常规开腹就留剔除手术。结果观察组患者住院时间和出血量都明显低于对照组[（7.4±1.6）d比（11.3±1.8）d，（66±24）mL比（98±45）mL]（P＜0.05）。观察组患者手术后发热发生率为5.56%，低于对照组的30.56%，两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论与传统手术比较，腹腔镜手术在治疗子宫肌壁间肌瘤疗效好，安全性高。%Objective To compare the efifcacy of laparoscopic and abdominal hysterectomy intramural myomectomy surgery. Methods From January 2010 to January 2012 in our hospital, 144 patients with intramural uterine ifbroids were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery surgery,control group were given conventional laparotomy stay removed surgery. Results The hospitalization time and the amount of bleeding were signiifcantly lower than the control group [(7.4 ± 1.6) d ratio (11.3 ± 1.8)d, (66 ± 24) mL ratio (98 ± 45) mL] (P<0.05) . The patients after surgery fever incidence 5.56%, 30.56%lower than in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Compared with traditional surgery ,the laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of uterine intramural ifbroids, and has better security.
