探讨JWF1520型集体落纱细纱机的技术特点及应用效果.阐述了该型机的技术参数、结构特点及使用维护工作要求,优选了R 9.8 tex纱的牵伸元件和纺纱工艺,并与FA506型细纱机进行了纺纱对比试验.结果表明,该机纺纱效果优于FA506型细纱机.认为,使用JWF1520型细纱机可改善成纱质量、提高生产效率、增加产量、节电和减少用工.%Technical features and application of JWF1520 doffing spinning frame were discussed. Technology parameter, structural features, demands to use and maintenance of the machine were introduced. Drafting component and spinning processing of R 9. 8 tex yarn were optimized. The result was contrasted to the yarn spun by FA506 spinning frame. The result shows that quality of the yarn spun by the machine is better than that of the yarn spun by FA506 spinning frame. It is considered that yarn quality can be improved, the production efficiency can be increased, the output can be added,the labor and the electricity can be saved.
