低温分离法轻烃回收工艺对比与优化分析

         

摘要

Light hydrocarbon recovery is the process of separating components C3 and above in natural gas in liquid form.Light hydrocarbon recovery can improve the quality of natural gas, reduce hydrocarbon dew point of natural gas and increase industrial added value, which is of great significance to improve the economic and social benefits of the natural gas industry. In many light hydrocarbon recovery process, the light hydrocarbon recovery process with low temperature separation method is widely used due to its simple process, strong universality and high yield. Two kinds of DHX and mixed refrigerant ways to seperate the light hydrocarbon were compared, optimized and analysed in the paper. The result indicates that DHX is globally better than the mixed refrigerant light hydrocarbon recovery process. The next analysis indicates the most economical optimization is when the temperature of the tower is-68℃, the lowest energy cost is 0. 58 k Wh/kg.%轻烃回收是将天然气中C3及以上的组分以液态形式分离出来的过程.轻烃回收可以提高外输天然气的品质, 降低天然气的烃露点, 提高工业附加值, 对提高天然气行业的经济效益和社会效益具有重要意义.在众多轻烃回收工艺中, 低温分离法轻烃回收工艺以其工艺简单、普适性强、收率高的特点, 应用最为广泛.本文主要针对DHX和混合制冷剂两种低温分离法轻烃回收工艺进行对比和优化分析, 结果表明DHX工艺整体优于混合制冷剂工艺.对DHX工艺进一步分析可得, 当塔底温度为-68℃时, 比功耗值最低为0.58k Wh/kg, 此时工艺流程达到经济最优化.
