交变电场作用下离子碰撞对NaCl溶液冰晶结构的影响

         

摘要

In order to explore the mechanism of the electric field in the cryopreservation of biomateri-als, the mass fraction of 0.9% NaCl aquoues solution was selected as the expermental sample. An aternat-ing electric field (20 V,l MHz) was applied in the process of freezing, then the electric parameter of dif-fferent mesuring frequency was measured and compared with the control goup without electric field during freezing. Ion collision hypothesis was proposed to explain experimetal result. It was found that alternating e-lectric field give rise to the changes of ice electric characteristic, thus it can be speculated that the sturuc-ture of ice crystals has changed.%为了探索电场在生物材料低温保存中的作用机理,以质量分数0.9% NaCl溶液作为研究模型,将其置于低温环境中冷冻,同时施加交变电场干扰(Up-p=20 V,f=1 MHz),通过电路测量不同频率点下电场干扰试样的电参数,并与对照组进行比较;建立了“离子碰撞”假说,对实验结果进行了解释分析.结果发现,交变电场干扰的溶液冻结后对外呈现的导电特性发生了很大的变化.由此分析得出,在外加交变电场的影响下,生理盐水在慢速冷冻过程中冰晶的组成结构发生了改变.
