目的：了解山东省济南市槐荫区儿童青少年2型糖尿病流行情况。方法对济南市槐荫区3433名8~16岁儿童青少年空腹血糖( FBG)分布和2型糖尿病流行情况进行抽样调查。结果济南市槐荫区儿童青少年人群中2型糖尿病患病率0.26%，空腹血糖受损(IFG)的患病率为5.5%。男性儿童青少年糖尿病患病率0.11%，女性儿童青少年糖尿病患病率0.44%。结论山东省济南市区儿童青少年2型糖尿病有较高的患病率低知晓率，患病情况与肥胖关系密切，应加强儿童青少年糖尿病筛查宣传工作。%Objective To investigate the epidemiological status of adolescents with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in HuaiYin District, jinan of Shandong province. Methods The total of 3433 adolescences at the age of 8 to 16 years in HuaiYin District of jinan were enrolled in the sample survey,whose fasting blood glucose (FBG) and the epidemiological sta-tus of T2DM were investiged. Results Among the adolescents in the HuaiYin District, the prevalence rate of T2DM was 0.26%, while the rate of impaired fasting glucose (IFG) was 5.5%. Meanwhile, the prevalence rate of diabetes in males ado-lescents was 0.11%, and in females adolescents, the rate was 0.44%. Conclusion The prevalence rate f T2DM among ado-lescents was rather high,in Jinan ,while the awareness rate was relatively low. Moreover, a close relationship founded be-tween obesity and T2DM. Furthermore, the screening and propaganda of T2DM should be improved among adolescents.
