Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on stress hyperglycemia in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods From January 2015 to January 2010 in the hospital for treatment of patients with traumatic brain injury in patients with high blood glucose in 174 cases as the research object, according to the order of hospitalization were divided into two groups, 87 cases in each group, the control group received conventional care, the observation group was given nurs-ing intervention, the two groups of patients with nursing care and patient satisfaction. Results Nursing intervention, the ob-servation group of nursing efficiency was 98.9%, the patients satisfaction was two, the control group was 65.5%, the patients satisfaction was 75.9%, the nursing effect and satisfaction degree of the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention in the treatment of patients with stress hyperglycemia in patients with craniocerebral trauma can significantly improve patients' quality of life and patient satisfac-tion, it is worthy of promotion in clinical application.%目的 探讨颅脑外伤患者应激性高血糖的护理干预效果. 方法 选取2010年1月—2015年1月在医院进行治疗的颅脑外伤应激性高血糖患者174例作为研究对象,按照住院的先后顺序分为两组,每组87例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预,将两组患者的护理效果和患者满意度做比较.结果 给予护理干预后,观察组的护理有效率为89.7%,患者满意度为98.9%,给予常规护理后,对照组的护理有效率为65.5%,患者满意度为75.9%,观察组的护理效果和患者满意度均优于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05). 结论 在颅脑外伤应激性高血糖患者的治疗期间给予护理干预,可以明显提高患者的生活质量和患者满意度,值得在临床上大力推广应用.
