Objective:to the quality of care in the application effect of LEEP in treatment to explore. Methods:randomly selected in our hospital from June 2015 to May 2016 from the implementation of loop electrosurgical excision procedure in the treatment of 80 patients, which were randomly divided into control group and observation group, the control group received routine nursing intervention. The observation group received high quality nursing intervention. Results:the observation and nursing satisfaction of patients was signiifcantly bet er than the control group, and the difference was statistical y signiifcant;at the same time, bleeding of the observation group, operative time, postoperative healing time was shorter than the control group, and P<0.05, the difference was statistical y . conclusion:in the loop electrosurgical excision procedure in patients with the course of treatment, for patients with high quality nursing intervention, can effectively improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing care, and patients with shorter operative time, less bleeding, postoperative healing time is short, worthy of promotion in clinical application.%目的：对优质护理在宫颈电圈切除术治疗中的应用效果予以探讨。方法：随机选取我院2015年6月至2016年5月间收治的实施宫颈电圈切除术开展治疗的患者80例，将其随机均分为对照组与观察组，对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施优质护理干预。结果：观察组患者的护理满意度明显优于对照组，且差异具有统计学意义；同时观察组的术中出血量、手术时间、术后愈合时间等明显的短于对照组，且P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：在为宫颈电圈切除术患者开展治疗的过程中，为患者实施优质护理干预，能够有效的提升患者的护理满意度，且患者手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后愈合时间短，值得在临床应用中推广。
