对特殊教育特殊性的再认识

         

摘要

Under the background of inclusive education, the criticism to the form and effect of special education has gradually increased, and the particularity and value of special education have been questioned gradually. Clarifying the special nature of special education is not only a response to the above issues, but also a key of correctly treating the nature of special education, promoting the development of localization of special education and the overall improvement of education quality. This article reconsiders the particularity of special education from its origin and development, objects and tasks, goals and methods.%在融合教育的大背景下,对特殊教育的形式、效果的批判逐渐增加,特殊教育的特殊性及存在的价值逐渐受到质疑.理清特殊教育的特殊性不仅是对上述质疑的回应,也是正确看待特殊教育的本质属性、促进特殊教育本土化发展、推动特殊教育质量整体提升的关键.本文从特殊教育的起源与发展、对象与任务、目的与方法三个方面对特殊教育的特殊性进行再认识.
