残疾统计是国情民生统计的重要组成部分。我国残疾统计主要有残联具体组织实施的残疾人抽样调查和专项调查、残联各部门的常规统计以及其他各职能部门的涉残统计，这些统计项目多年来累积了丰富的数据资源。随着残疾人事业不断发展，残疾统计也逐步向国际标准靠拢，但仍存在一定的不足。本文总结了我国残疾统计的进展、问题与挑战。其中最为突出的挑战可归结为：信息联动的顶层设计不足；部门间工作缺乏协调和共享机制；残疾统计调查缺乏连续性和稳定性；电子信息化登记系统和管理平台的建设还不完善；性别和儿童视角重视不够。%Disability statistics is an important part of national conditions and livelihood statistics. In China, there are National Sample Survey on Disability, National Specific Survey on Disabil-ity and Administrative Survey organized and executed by CDPF. Other government admini-strations also carry out surveys as supplements of data on disability. Over the years we have accumulated a wealth of data resources. With the development of the disabled undertakings, disability statistics is getting closer to the international standards. Nevertheless, there are some shortcomings of disability statistics should be mentioned, such as lack of top-level design in data exchange, updating and management; lack of coordination and sharing mechanisms; lack of continuity and stability of disability surveys; imperfection of electronic system and platform of information registration; and lack of attention on data collection and analysis of gender diversity and children perspective.
