我国残疾人就业政策保障机制基本建立,但是就业歧视等问题仍在一定程度上存在。优化残疾人就业政策保障机制是保障残疾人就业机会公平的重点。残疾人就业政策面临定位模糊和目标冲突困境。残疾人就业政策优化将基于最大干预原则,从就业方式和配套机制两方面进行制度优化设计。%The security mechanism of employment policy for Chinese disabled people has been established, but discrimination exists in employment of the disabled to a certain extent. The protection of equal opportunity for people with disabilities will be the focus of the optimization of this mechanism. The employment policy of Chinese disabled people is faced with the predicament due to location ambiguity and conflicted targets. The optimization of positive employment policy for disabled people will be based on the principle of maximum intervention, and design from two aspects:employment forms and complementary mechanism.
