Insurance broker service is an important measure to protect the benefits of the disabled. It's capable to provide demand-oriented insurance plan, the most favorable premium through group insurance, supervision of insurance company, coordination of claim settlement of the disabled and dispute mediation between the insurance company and the disabled. The IT service platform which connected and interacted among the disabled persons' federation, insurance brokers and insurance companies, helps to improve work efficiency as well as the collaboration mechanism between insurance companies and the disabled persons' federation at district, street or county level. This paper suggested that enhance broker service and supervision to insurance services, to better serve the interests of the disabled.%通过实践探索,保险经纪公司可以提供以需求为导向的保险方案、以团体投保方式争取最优惠保险方案、监督保险公司服务和协助残疾人理赔调解保险争议等服务,保险经纪服务是保障残疾人利益的重要手段.由残联、保险经纪公司和保险公司三方互联互动的信息化服务平台,完善了保险公司与区、街(镇)残联的协作机制,提高了工作效率.建议在残疾人商业保险服务实践和发展过程中,加强对保险服务的经纪服务和监督作用,最大限度保障残疾人利益.
