地方本科院校转型对毕业生就业影响的实证分析——基于全国地方本科院校人才培养与就业调查数据

         

摘要

Since 2014 China has promoted a transformation pilot work in local undergraduate universities.Based on 2016 survey data of cultivation and employment of undergraduates of local universities, this study makes an empirical analysis on the transformation pilot work and student employment. The results show that there is an obvious difference between pilot universities and non-pilot universities in terms of student characteristics, talent cultivation process and student employment status.Students'active involvement and initiative has positive influence on graduates'starting salary, while students'active involvement in school activities will reduce the possibility of matching the major. In students' comprehensive internship, targeted guidance has an important role to play; pilot work in universities can significantly improve job satisfaction rate and job-major matching rate, but cannot enhance starting salary and employment rate; the influence on employment differs from state own universities and private universities both experiencing transformation. Further analysis shows that the effect on student employment mainly from cultivation process and students'learning experience in the campus.%本文采用2016年全国地方本科院校人才培养与就业调查数据,围绕地方本科院校转型和毕业生就业状况展开实证分析.结果显示,转型试点院校和非转型试点院校在学生个体特征、人才培养过程、就业状况等方面差异明显;学生的活动性参与和主动学习能显著提升其就业起薪,但活动性参与会降低就业对口性,在学生综合实习中,实习指导发挥明显作用;院校转型试点能显著提高毕业生的就业满意度和就业对口性,但并不能有效提高就业比例和就业起薪;院校的转型试点在公私立院校间对就业状况的影响并不一致;院校转型试点对毕业生就业状况的影响主要通过院校人才培养过程和学生院校经历发挥作用.
