永磁同步电机新型无传感器控制方法

         

摘要

Traditional direct torque control(DTC)system has large flux and torque ripples.In order to improve the immunity from interference of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)direct torque control system and solve this problem,mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed and stator flux observer with strong immunity from interference was designed. By the measurement of the stator voltage and current,extended Kalman filter(EKF)method was used to estimate the rotor position and stator flux.Also,the solution to the choice of the EKF covariance matrices was presented.Finally,the method was simulated and tested,and the results show that the EKF observer can decrease flux and torque ripples,besides its accurate estimation of rotor position and stator flux.%为了提高永磁同步电机直接转矩控制系统抗干扰性,解决传统直接转矩控制中系统脉动大的问题,分析了永磁同步电机的数学模型,并设计了抗干扰性较强的定子磁链观测器.通过测量定子电压和电流,采用扩展卡尔曼滤波技术,估计转子位置和定子磁链,并提出扩展卡尔曼滤波中协方差矩阵参数的设计方案.最后,对该方法进行仿真和实验.结果表明,卡尔曼滤波观测器在准确估计转子位置和定子磁链的同时,能有效降低系统脉动.
