基于模糊PID的电阻炉温度控制系统

         

摘要

采用AT89C52单片机做为控制核心.利用三位按键结构和液晶显示屏进行给定温度值的设定和实际炉温的显示,由固态继电器构成执行单元,驱动加温装置的运行。同时,将模糊控制算法引入传统的电阻炉温度控制系统,构成模糊PID控制系统。仿真结果表明,该方法具有较好的动静态响应特性和较强的鲁棒性。适用于具有非线性、时变和延迟等特征的控制对象。%In the system, AT89C52 is applied as the central control part. The three-key structure and LCD are used to set the temperature value and display the actual temperature of the furnace. The SSR is used as execution unit to drive the heating deviee. The fuzzy control method is introduced into conventional temperature control system of the resistance furnace, and a fuzzy-PID control system is established. By the system simulation, this method is proved to have better responding characteristic and robustness, and it is very applicable to the system with the properties of non-linear, time-varying and big lagging.
